Remote Online Notary
Per Florida Statues 117.021-‘Electronic notarization.— (1) Any document requiring notarization may be notarized electronically.’ For most Notarial needs, including Estate Planning and Loan Signing, this can be a great solution!
You will need a fast and reliable internet connection and the Chrome browser in order to upload your digital documents. You will also need a web camera with microphone, and have your ID ready to be examined. To positively confirm your true identity, you can either answer 5 questions about your past or to use biometrics to have your face visually compared.
There are a few Documents that are RON Excluded, but most doc types can be legally notarized online.
As this service does not entail travel costs like Mobile, it is often less expensive and quicker. Our RON service providers are approved by the State of Florida. They provide the secure digital platform to facilitate identification verification, e-signatures, audio-video recording and record-keeping that is required by law. Our RON Notaries have a secure digital certificate and e-seal that are used in these types of transactions.
