Welcome to Florida Notary Pro! By accessing our website or using our in-person or online notary services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
-Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Florida Notary Pro’s notary services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional terms incorporated by reference.
-Eligibility You must: Be at least 18 years old. Possess a valid government-issued photo ID. Have access to a reliable internet connection and necessary technology (e.g., webcam, microphone). Be a resident or authorized user in a jurisdiction where online notary services are legally recognized.
-Scope of Services Florida Notary Pro provides in-person mobile and remote online notarization services in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Our notaries are authorized to perform notarizations electronically using secure and encrypted technology. We reserve the right to refuse service if documents presented do not meet legal requirements or if identification cannot be adequately verified.
-User Responsibilities You are responsible for: Ensuring the accuracy and legality of the documents to be notarized. Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the notarization process. Maintaining a stable and secure internet connection during the session or being physically present for the signing ceremony. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the termination of services without a refund.
-Fees and Payment All fees for notarization services are clearly stated before service begins. Payments must be made in full at the time of service delivery. Fees are non-refundable unless the notarization cannot be completed due to an error or fault on our part.
-Privacy and Data Security We are committed to protecting your personal information and use secure technology to ensure the confidentiality of all communications and data. Please refer to our Policies page for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
-Prohibited Use You may not use our services to: Facilitate fraud, forgery, or illegal activities. Submit documents with incomplete, misleading, or false information. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
-Liability Limitations Florida Notary Pro is not responsible for the legality, validity, or enforceability of the notarized documents. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
-Cancellation and Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
-Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
-Changes to Terms Florida Notary Pro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
