  • Payment and Guarantee

Your Invoice will reflect a credit for your appointment deposit. Payment is due in full at the beginning of our meeting. We do not accept personal checks, but business checks, cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Link…all good!

While we strive for perfection in every service, we understand that mistakes can happen. If we fall short of your (and our) expectations, we will make every effort to make it right for you. We may offer a free re-notarization or a full/partial refund based on the situation.

Our reputation is crucial to us, and we will work quickly to address any concerns, ensuring your confidence in our services. We believe in building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity, and we are dedicated to providing you with fully complete and legal notarial services every time.

  • Health and Safety

We prioritize your health and safety. In response to concerns surrounding COVID-19, RSV, and the flu, we strictly adhere to your requests for masking, physical distancing, hand and surface sanitization, or conducting meetings outdoors. Please communicate your specific health precautions when scheduling your appointment to ensure your comfort and protection. Our Notaries are required to have current vaccinations, and will cancel or reschedule our meeting if not feeling 100%.

Our Notaries have the right to change the location or cancel appointments if they feel their personal safety is at risk. We follow a strict safety protocol, including maintaining a shared, real-time visitation log for each appointment.

  • Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting the privacy and personal information of clients is a top priority and our policies ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Florida privacy laws. We collect data that is required for notarial acts, including names, addresses, identification documents, signatures, and other relevant details. Information will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties unless required by law.

Notarial records, including journals and electronic records, are stored securely and retained for the period required by law. Physical documents are stored in locked, secure locations, and electronic records are protected by encryption and password protection. Secure systems, encryption, and multi-factor authentication are implemented to prevent unauthorized access. Information will be disclosed only when required by law, such as subpoenas or government investigations. Clients may request access to their personal information here.

  • Code of Conduct

As professional notaries, we uphold the highest standards in our conduct and presentation. Our appearance is always business casual—clean, neat, and appropriate for any professional setting. We prioritize being prepared, punctual, and respectful in all client interactions. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for drug or alcohol use and do not engage in or tolerate discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or political affiliation.

Respect for our clients and their spaces is fundamental—we ensure courteous behavior, such as wiping our feet upon entry and expressing gratitude at the conclusion of our services. Any reported violations of this code will be investigated promptly and addressed with the utmost seriousness to maintain trust and professionalism.

  • Equal Opportunity-Non Discrimination

We are committed to providing equal access to notarial services for all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated, and every client will be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. This commitment ensures that our services are accessible to all members of the community, promoting fairness and equality in every interaction.

  • Grievance Handling

If a client feels dissatisfied, their concerns will be addressed promptly and fairly. Please email us with a detailed description of the issue, when and where and include any supporting documents. All grievance details will be handled confidentially and used solely for resolution purposes and service improvement.

We will acknowledge and investigate within 2 business days, and strive to provide a satisfactory resolution within 7. This may include immediate corrective actions, adjustments to future engagements and/or a refund of fees. If our resolution is deemed unsatisfactory, the client can escalate to the Executive Office of the Governor's Notary Section here.

  • Accommodations for Disabilities

We stay informed on ADA requirements and state notary laws to ensure that our services remain compliant and respectful of every client's rights. We can assist with handling documents to ensure their comprehension and decision-making is respected, and facilitate the use of alternative signature methods in accordance with state laws. Providing large print documents or reading them aloud can be arraigned for no additional fee, just let us know. Same for using hearing communication devices or video signing interpreters. Let us know when booking your appointment and we will be happy to provide.

  • Social Media

Posts will maintain a respectful, positive, and professional tone. No client-specific information will be shared or discussed. Permission must be obtained before posting any client testimonials. Content will focus on topics relevant to notary services, including industry news, tips, FAQs, and service announcements. All posts comply with state notary laws, including restrictions on advertising and the use of the notary title. Responses to messages and comments will be made promptly, respectfully, and professionally. Sensitive or client-specific conversations will be moved to private messages.
