  • Trust Delivery Agent

Jeffrey is a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) who has undergone advanced training and testing to better serve the public and estate planning professionals in the skillful presentation and execution of trust documents. His friendly demeanor, professionalism and confident expertise takes the worry out of legalizing the many complex legal documents that comprise a Trust, helping the Trustor navigate the intricacies of estate planning with ease and confidence.

In many cases, this can be accomplished via our Remote Online Notary service. We are often engaged by Trust and Estate Counselors, Probate and Elder Care Attorneys, Estate Planners, Paralegals, C.P.A.’s, Wealth Advisors and Family Law Firms. For all, we deliver documentary perfection and peace of mind.

We leverage our Mobile Notary capabilities and our CNTDA expertise to professionally present each of the estate planning documents at the time and location most convenient to the client, with or without the Attorney being present. We arrive prepared, organized and ready to impress! Let’s get this done!

  • Apostille Agent

You guessed it, Jeffrey is also a bona fide Apostille Agent! This is NOT an official Notarial duty however, anyone is allowed to do this! Some documents do require Notarization, and the paper-shuffling skills of a Notary make this Specialty a natural fit. Indeed, the official Florida Governors Reference Manual for Notaries Public contains a special section on Apostille Certification. This requires official, physical documents, it cannot be accomplished via RON.

An Apostille is a type of authentication used between Contracting Parties to the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961 to certify the origin of a public document to be used abroad and is issued by the Florida Secretary of State. We facilitate the process and ensure the documents are in the proper form, notarized correctly, sent to the appropriate office and delivered with a check for the correct administration fees. Apostilles are often required to authenticate birth certificates, marriage licenses, college transcripts, teaching credentials, criminal background checks, adoption records, proof of residency and more. Often, copies of other documents are required to be certified, another official Notarial duty that we can help with. This process takes time…let’s get to it!

  • Trust Delivery Agent Costs

This is a Specialty Notarial Service that leverages our Mobile Service and its pricing structure to determine Travel costs. Remote Online Notarization may also be an option. Many Trust packages contain at least 4 documents (Last Will and Testament, Advanced Healthcare Directive, Durable Financial Power of Attorney and Beneficiary Plan) that must be Notarized to be ‘self-proving’. This allows your Beneficiaries to avoid the lengthy and costly ordeal of Probate and settle your affairs quickly.

There are also specific requirements for Witnesses to be present when signing. In some circumstances, the Notary can serve this role, but others require a 2nd witness to be present. Both incur an additional, albeit nominal service fee.

For the nearby DIY General Public, these packages can be executed for around $125 total. Know before we go and get your personalized quote for all the services you need.

For Attorneys and Estate Planners, we accept the established rate structure for these signings and will be ready to impress and make Florida Notary Pro your go-to Trust Delivery Agency!

So…how much? You will find these costs to be comparable to and very competitive with the all local competition. Know and approve exactly what your services will cost before we meet!

  • Apostille Agent Costs

The State of Florida requires a $10 check from you per Apostille. Our Notary seals are also fixed at $10.

Unlike formal Notarial services, there are no established regulations regarding fees for our services. Our Apostille Agents are also Mobile Notaries who provide invaluable, certified guidance, exacting documentation reviews, copying and shipping…all at a place and time that is convenient to you. We also keep track of your submittal, handle any issues that may arise and keep you updated so you know when to expect your certified Apostille or Authentication and can get on with your life! If you have to go and find yourself overseas, we will securely handle your precious documents and get them to you wherever you are, as quickly as possible. From start to finish, we will see you through this daunting process with precision and professionalism.

As Apostille work is a very different beast from our Notary work, we have a special Intake form for Apostille service quotes. The travel and notarization needs are the same, but there is lots of other information we need from you to be able to give you an accurate quote.
